Delitha (Dee) is a master's-level Christian counselor that works with adults and couples. After an elevating career in nonprofit association management and a brief time in the legal field, Dee began her counseling work as a premarital counselor and facilitator in the church setting. She later completed training, internship, and residency to become a clinical healthcare chaplain. She has worked with adult and pediatric patients in intensive care, emergency and trauma, labor/delivery, and high-risk perinatal units. She currently works as a local hospital chaplain. In addition to her counseling and chaplaincy work, Dee also facilitates groups on grief, relationships, and marital enrichment. She is an approved premarital course provider for Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, and has a special affinity for working with couples and helping them strengthen their marriages and families. In addition to traditional marriage counseling, she and her husband Terry also offer couples a unique couple-to-couple counseling experience to address marital issues and provide marriage mentorship.

Terrance (Terry) is a master's-level Christian counselor, school counselor, and military chaplain. In addition to his work in counseling, he is also an Army Chaplain in the US Army Reserves. His experience with a diverse population of people contributes to his down-to-earth nature and approach to counseling. Additionally, his experience as an educator and school counselor have contributed to his insight and ease with the youth population. Terry has worked with premarital couples, adults, youth, and the military population.
